What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a full range of house cleaning services, including regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized services upon request.
How do I book a cleaning appointment?
You can book an appointment by filling out our online contact form, calling us, or sending us an email. We offer flexible scheduling to suit your needs.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?
Generally, yes. We prioritize the use of eco-friendly and non-toxic products that are safe for both pets and children. However, if we encounter particularly tough cleaning situations, we may occasionally need to use stronger chemicals, such as bleach. We do so only if absolutely necessary, and we’re happy to accommodate any requests to avoid certain products.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s entirely up to you. Many clients provide us with a key or an entry code, but you’re welcome to be home if you prefer.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
Our standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and more. For a detailed checklist, please visit our Services page.
Do you offer move-in or move-out cleaning services?
Yes, we do. Our move-in/move-out cleanings include everything in a standard cleaning plus interior fridge and cabinet cleaning, baseboards, and interior windows.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This helps us adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Please note that if cancellations occur with less than 48 hours’ notice, we do apply a 40% fee to your next scheduled cleaning. This fee does not apply if proper notice is given. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, you’re welcome to provide them, and we’ll be happy to use them during the cleaning.
