Our Cleaning Services
*Standard Cleaning Services
In a standard cleaning, we typically include the following tasks:
- Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Wipe down all countertops and fixtures. Vacuum and mop bathroom floors.
- Kitchen: Clean exterior surfaces of appliances, besides the microwave, We always do clean the inside and outside of that, wipe down countertops, stovetops, and sinks. Vacuum and mop kitchen floors.
- Living Areas and Bedrooms: Dust all surfaces, including furniture and décor. Wipe down and polish surfaces as needed. Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop hard floors.
* Standard cleaning does not include deep scrubbing of heavy buildup, interior appliances, interior cabinets, baseboards, or move-out level cleaning unless booked as an add-on.
*Additional or "Extras" Services (On Request)
In addition to the standard cleaning, we offer the following services upon request:
- Inside Oven Cleaning: Deep-cleaning of the oven interior.
- Inside Fridge Cleaning: Full interior wipe-down and sanitization.
- Baseboard Cleaning: Detailed dusting and wiping of all baseboards.
- Interior Windows: Cleaning of window interiors, including sills and frames.
- Cabinets (Interior): Wiping down the inside of kitchen or bathroom cabinets.
- Trash Removal: Emptying all trash bins and replacing liners.
* These services are not included in standard cleaning and must be requested in advance.
Move-Out/Move-In Cleaning Services
For move-out or move-in cleanings, we perform everything included in the standard cleaning, plus the following:
- Interior Fridge Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning the inside of the refrigerator.
- Interior Cabinet Cleaning: Cleaning inside all cabinets and drawers.
- Baseboards and Window Interiors: Wiping down all baseboards and cleaning the interiors of windows.
- Additional Deep-Clean Tasks: Any additional tasks requested can be discussed and included as part of the move-out/move-in service.
Floor Stripping and Waxing Services
Customized Service with On-Site Assessment
At Total Clean and Maintenance, we understand that every floor is unique. Because of this, our floor stripping and waxing service begins with a complimentary in-person assessment. This allows us to:
- Evaluate the current condition of your flooring.
- Determine the appropriate stripping and waxing process tailored to your specific floor type.
- Provide you with a precise, personalized quote based on the scope of work required.

Types of Floors We Service:
We specialize in stripping and waxing vinyl composition tile (VCT), as well as other suitable surfaces like linoleum. If you’re unsure whether your floor is a candidate for this service, just let us know. We’ll be happy to assess it for you.
